Listed here are the Wadman Homes requirements, for becoming a preferred subcontractor. All these items must be returned with correct specifications before any work is performed.

1 YEAR CONTRACT - Included in your packet is a 1 year contract, by signing this page you are agreeing to meet all the insurance requirements below, and to guarantee a 1 year warranty for all work performed.

COMPREHENSIVE LIABILITY INSURANCE CERTIFICATE - stipulating WADMAN HOMES as an additional primary insured. The General Aggregate requirement is 1,000,000.

AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE - Certificate of Liability Insurance issued by your auto insurance company.

BUSINESS LISENCE - Copy of a current business license..

WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE CERTIFICATE - If you don’t have any employees, you need to submit a copy of your exemption certificate.

W-9 FORM - An executed copy of the Federal W-9 Form with your Federal ID number

WADMAN CORPORATION SAFETY & HEALTH PLAN - The subcontract agreement includes Wadman Homes’ Safety & Health Plan. The objective of this plan is to provide safe working conditions for every person working on this project as well as others who visit during the construction process.

SAFETY EXHIBIT J - This form needs to be returned with the names of each responsible person who is trained in the safety procedures for Wadman Homes. This form will need to be resigned every year when you re-qualify to be on the preferred subcontractor list.
